The Intent to Develop (ITD) form is the initial step in establishing and agreement with Opticomm to reticulate your development with Fibre to the Home infrastructure and services which are compliant with the legislative requirements of the National Broadband Network (new development) legislation.

Unlike the NBNco approach of submitting registration and going through the approval process for each new stage, with out process this needs only to be completed once for the entire development.

Completing an Intent to Develop will trigger one of Opticomm's Community Development Consultants located in your area to contact you and establish a two way dialogue on your needs. We will work through a number aspects of your project deliverables, including size, duration, lot yields, target market, demographics, socioeconomic and important local features which will reflect on how and what we need to deliver.
