We employ our own in-house engineers and project managers to provide expert solutions, attending site meetings, coordinating network installation and activation of services for residents.

Our turnkey service includes:

  • Provision of pipe and pit design that does NOT involve any costly and time consuming approval process by third parties;
  • Installation of the pit and pipe infrastructure by our sub contractors;
  • Auditing of the pipe and pipe infrastructure without causing any delays to other civil works;
  • Issuance of “statement of compliance” for local councils;
  • Installation of the 100% underground fibre optic infrastructure;
  • Connection of every home to the Fibre Optic Infrastructure for TV services;
  • Working with Developers to guarantee deliver dates for activation of customer services are ONTIME;
  • Provision of a “Full Service Network”, including 100Mbps Internet, Standard Telephone, Free to Air TV, Foxtel, business class services, eHealth and IPTV.

However, at Opticomm we understand the changing demographics of communities and their views on entertainment (particularly television viewing habits), social networking, social planning, community activiation, recreation and community facilities. As such we include in our package of services:

  • The provision of a dedicated community Portal;
  • Free WiFi Hotspots in community areas (shopping centres and POS);
  • Optional access to a package of Ethnic channels;
  • Free access to CCTV security network by the developer;
  • Localised weather station accessed via the portal;
  • Optional Smart power metering for homes with live connection to Google SmartMeter;
  • Optional Smart Wiring for homes as part of the package;
