Solution 1 – Fibre to the Apartment
We deploy a Fibre to the Apartment solution where the typical NBN services of telephone and data are provided, but in addition its also delivers Freeview and Foxtel services over the same network saving on the cost of a five wire video network.The building is connected back to our Points of Interconnect where we provide access to leading service providers, giving choice of service to the occupant. Internet services are offered to the occupant at 25mbs, 50mbs or 100mbs by the services providers. Additional in house services are optional such as intercoms, access control, energy management, CCTV, etc.
Solution 2 – Fibre to the Building
We deploy a Fibre to the Building solution where copper telephone and data cabling is already installed (or planning to install) and the developer wants to guarantee this residents can access NBN like services via an open access wholesale network. We will utilise the existing cabling to access each apartment and the building is then connected back to our Points of Interconnect as in solution 1; and choice of service provider is still available. Internet services are offered to the occupant of 25mbs, 50mbs or 100mbs by the services providers.
This is a great solution where the building has been built or designed using traditional telephone block cabling. Extra riser cable trays, lateral conduits, apartment distribution boxes etc do not need to be added.
In a typical development of 300 apartments we fibre to the development solution can be deployed from as little as $150 per apartment and is ready for deployment now!
